And if you’re worried about falling into a routine, just buy a van and drive places! It’s what I did :-)

And New Zealand is perfect for just driving places, wild camping is allowed and you can just leave your car or van anywhere and go for a hike! Even if it’s just on weekends (will you be working?) it will definitely get you out of any routine and you will meet lots of awesome people that way!
